Getting to My Chair: Enter through the door marked ENTRANCE in the parking lot. Head up the first set of stairs past the front desk, then continue up the second set of stairs past the shampoo bowls — you'll find the waiting area at the top.

How do I become a client?

All new guests begin by filling out my New Guest Consultation Form. This allows me to review your hair history, current hair condition, and overall goals so I can recommend the most appropriate service for you. Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to book the correct appointment online.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment length depends on the service being performed and your specific hair goals. Most color appointments take between 2.5 and 4 hours, while extension installations may take 3 to 5 hours. Maintenance appointments are typically shorter. Please plan your schedule accordingly so we have the time needed to achieve the best results.

What does maintenance look like?

Maintenance varies depending on the services you receive and the look you want to maintain. Blonding services are typically refreshed every 6–8 weeks, or up to every 3–4 months depending on how bright you prefer your blonde. Lived-in color often requires only 2–4 visits per year. Hair extensions generally need move-ups every 6–8 weeks, with replacement hair lasting around 6–12 months depending on care.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. This allows me to properly evaluate your natural color, texture, and overall hair health so we can achieve the best possible results during your service.

What happens if I’m late or need to cancel?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a 50–100% service charge, as this time was reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust the services performed or reschedule depending on the remaining time available.

What if I don’t love my hair?

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you feel something needs adjusting, please reach out within 14 days of your appointment and I’ll be happy to make reasonable adjustments. Requests outside of that timeframe, or for significant changes, may require booking a new appointment.
