Salon Policies

24 hours is required to cancel your visit. It’s understandable the need arises to have to cancel or reschedule your visit. However, when you cancel or reschedule without giving enough notice it causes the loss of both time and income. Less than 24 Hours = 50% of scheduled service cost.

Less than 12 Hours = 100% of scheduled service cost.

*A card on file is required, if you do not cancel or reschedule within the allotted time frames, your card will be charged accordingly. We do not accept email cancellations. Rescheduling last minute is the same as canceling last minute.

I kindly ask that you are timely for your appointment. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust your services that are being received that day to ensure I don’t run behind for my next guest.

The salon is all about a fun and welcoming environment! The goal is to make sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable during their appointment. 

For the consideration and safety of everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets and children to your appointment. Service animals are welcome! 

If you need to bring your children, they MUST be accompanied by another adult to watch them while your service is provided. 

Failure to uphold these policies will force us to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your time and effort in wanting to have an enjoyable experience at the salon. Thank you for understanding!
